How psychological therapy works

1. join up the dots
Discover why your distress exists, how to heal and how to cope.

There is no shame in not knowing... humans often get it wrong!
2. learn to grow
Our minds and body can always recover, when we learn how to silence the stress, distress and habits that get in the way.

3. replace coping
Adopt known strategies (behaviours and thinking) that help you to control situations you currently find difficult.
4. experience growth
Observe and learn what works and learn how to build on this, to feel confident and free from old patterns of failure.
