Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a Registered Clinical Psychologist's time exclusively for their support.

For a cancellation, we appreciate as much notice of as possible. Over 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment incurs no charge.  All cancellations with a notice period less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge (or a spent pre-purchased appointment).

Agreed and Contracted Appointment Schedules (block purchasing / organisational commissions)

Any appointment scheduling frequency that is pre-agreed will be the responsibility of the Client to meet, via the booking links provided.  A failure to book appointments at the pre-agreed frequency (e.g. monthly) will be considered a spent appointment, from the total number, contracted.  Any need to cancel/reschedule will need to meet the terms set out in 'Cancellation / None Attendance' above.  Appointment frequencies are considered active from the date of contract start.
